1. Delivery Method

All digital products purchased on CommaTechnologies (https://commatechs.in) are delivered electronically through two primary channels:

• Instant Account Dashboard Access: Immediately upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, the purchased assets are unlocked and ready for download in your user account dashboard under your purchased items library.
• Email Confirmation & Download Link: An automated purchase receipt containing a direct download link is simultaneously dispatched to the email address associated with your account.

2. Delivery Timelines

Digital Downloads: Delivery is virtually instantaneous. In the majority of transactions, digital access is enabled within 1 to 5 minutes of transaction completion.

Custom Web Development Services: For client agency services (e.g., custom website design or custom Next.js engineering), delivery schedules and development milestones are mutually agreed upon in the project scope agreement (typically ranging between 1 to 4 weeks depending on project complexity).

3. Shipping & Delivery Fees

Because all products are delivered electronically via high-speed cloud servers, there are zero shipping fees (₹0.00 / 100% Free delivery). The price displayed at checkout is the complete final price for the digital license.

4. Download Access & File Re-downloads

Once purchased, your download link remains accessible in your dashboard library so you can re-download the archive if you switch devices or lose local files. We recommend saving an offline backup of your purchased files to your local drive or secure cloud storage immediately after purchase.

5. Troubleshooting Download Delivery Issues

If you have successfully completed payment but haven't received your download link or cannot find the item in your dashboard:

• Check your email's Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder for the confirmation email from CommaTechnologies.
• Ensure you are logged in with the exact Google or email account used during checkout.
• Refresh your dashboard after a few moments to allow payment webhook confirmation to settle.
• If the issue persists, reach out directly to our support team with your Razorpay payment ID.
